ระบบหัวตัด มีน้ำหล่อเย็นสำหรับทั้ง collimator และ focus lens เพื่อลดอุณหภูมิของหัวตัด ทำให้ยืดอายุการใช้งานให้ยาวขึ้น และสามารถเลือกแหล่งกำเนิดเลเซอร์ทั้ง Raycus หรือ IPG ได้ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

ระบบขับเคลื่อนของเครื่อง ใช้อุปกรณ์ของเยอรมนี และ ญี่ปุ่น เช่น German Atlanta Rack, Japanese Yaskawa Motor, German Neugart Reducer เป็นต้น ซึ่งสามารถให้ความแม่นยำได้ถึง 0.02 มม. , ความเร็วในการตัด เป็น 1.5G โดยอายุการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี

Training work

• The training time is about 7-10 days and it will be achieved in end user factory and end user will undertake the return ticket & engineer allowance USD200 per day.

• The training content contains machine maintenance, operation, laser protection, processing technic, graphic editing, common troubleshooting and etc.

• The trainee is mechanical, electrical or optical assistant engineer / engineer, who know how to operate the computer and AUTOCAD drawing. After passing the examination of machine operation, laser basic knowledge, safety protection and maintenance, the trainee can begin work.

After service

• The whole machine warranty period is 36 months after BL. If any parts appear any problem within warranty period, our professional engineer will support telephone and online video service within 12 hours.

• Exception of consumption parts and wearing parts such as the protection lens, brass head, ceramic ring, related parts and counterfeit operation of company. We will supporting for free replacement parts and services.

• If the machine is out of 2 years warranty, we stills support by the telephone and online video service within 12 hours. Whatever the spare parts, we will supply the spare parts with agent price. If end user needs our engineer visiting end user factory, end user will undertake the return ticket and engineer allowance USD200 per day.
